Payment Guidelines

Payment Guidelines

This is a guideline for our customers who are making payments with us. We currently offer three ways to pay: Pay by bank transfer and pay by online payment, including pay by credit or debit card and pay by PayPal.

1. Pay by bank transfer

Please contact us for detailed information on making a payment by bank transfer. We are available 24/7 at online chat or hotline +1 917 397 7487. If possible, we recommend making payments through online payment methods other than bank transfer because it is convenient and time-saving.

2. Online payment

Visit our Make Payment section on our website to make online payments. All information you provide is over a secure connection via TLS/SSL, and we comply with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry - Data Security Standard) for your transaction.

2.1 General payment information

While making online payments, you will fill in the form with information including:

Your Payment Information: the Amount (in US dollars only), the Payment for (you can tick on “Others” if there are no instructions from our team), and the Note (which will appear as transfer content in your bank notification).

Your Contact Information: Email Address and Phone Number. Please ensure the contact information is correct to receive important updates on your payment. The best way to do this is to Create an account or Log in.

2.2 Pay by credit or debit card

To make payments by credit or debit card, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Choose the Credit or Debit Card as a Payment Method while filling out the form.

Notes for paying by credit or debit card:

  • You can use a credit or debit card under the cards we accept: Accept Credit or debit card
  • Payment will be taken in US dollars.
  • The payment will appear as Global Immigration Services on your bank or credit card statements.

Step 2: Then, after clicking “Continue”, you will be navigated to the next page where you provide card information, including the card number, cardholder’s name, expiry date, and security number (CVV) on the back of the card.

Then, after clicking “Proceed to Payment”, The 3D secure code will be sent to your phone. It is a fixed password (also known as a static password or one-time password). It is essential to know that 3D security is not applied in some locations. It is all for your convenience. If you have any questions, please contact us using the information in the Contact Us section.

Step 3: You will be navigated to the confirmation page.

  • If your payment is successful, you will see the confirmation page. We will also send you a confirmation email shortly after confirming your payment. 
  • If your payment fails, you will see the following page. The page will vary depending on why your payment was not successful.

2.3 Pay by PayPal (www.paypal.com)

Pay by PayPal – Use a credit card

To make payments by PayPal using a credit card, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Choose PayPal as the payment method while filling out the form.

Note for Pay by PayPal – Use a credit card:

  • Credit cards you can use through PayPal Accept Paypal Card
  • Your credit card statement will show your payment as PayPal*GLOBAL VISA or PayPal*GLOBAL VISA SERVICE (depending on the country your bank is in).

Step 2: Then, after clicking “Continue to PayPal”, you will be navigated to the next page connecting to the PayPal site where you provide card information including:

  • Your billing information, including the cardholder’s name and the address to which the bill is charged.
  • Your card information, including the card number, expiry date, and security number, is on the back of the card.

Step 3: You will be navigated to the confirmation page.

  • If your payment is successful, you will see the confirmation page. We will also send you a confirmation email shortly after confirming your payment. 
  • If your payment fails, you will see the following page. The page will vary depending on why your payment was not successful.

Pay by PayPal account

We recommend that you use PayPal as it always protects consumers. You can ask for a refund if the services provided are not those you need. The price we quote for making payments through a PayPal account is in US dollars.

Note for Pay by PayPal account:

  • When you pay through PayPal, you must provide the invoice number. If you are paying for more than one invoice, please provide all invoice numbers separated by a slash ( / ), with a space before and after.
